2. Language & Personality
During a first interview English fluency, communication and personality traits are thoroughly evaluated to ensure successful remote onboarding and collaboration.
Skills strength, creativity and problem solving abilities are tested by a practical timed exercise.
A senior technical lead will further evaluate the showcased skills and logic during a technical interview.
